Rahul Khasnis

Rahul joined ANRK in the year 2014. Rahul has a rich experience of 23+ years and has worked with global audit firms in various capacities. Prior to this, he was associated with KPMG for almost 7 years and, in an earlier stint, with BDO, Singapore.

Rahul’s experience in audit and advisory spans over 20 years, which includes large clients and large multinational corporations. Rahul currently heads ANRK’s audit and advisory vertical.

Ashish Tapaswi

Ashish joined ANRK in 2016. He has 16+ years of post-qualification experience in audit and advisory engagements which includes a stint with KPMG for seven and half years. Post this, he was the head of accounts and taxation of a prominent construction Company for two years before joining ANRK.

His area of expertise includes assurance and financial reporting for domestic and multinational organizations. He has extensively handled IFRS and local GAAP reporting engagements for various multi-national companies and has playeda critical role in assisting entities for their IPO related activities. He currently co-heads the audit and assurance vertical of ANRK.

Abhijit Jadhav

Abhijit joined ANRK in 2015. He has ten years' post-qualification experience in audit and advisory work, which included a stint with KPMG for four and a half years, Abhijit has strong organizational and analytical abilities with expertise in IFRS and IGAAP audits as well as audits in fully computerized (such as ERP)systems. His special interest is promoter-driven companies.

Kiran Bhagwat

Kiran is the co-founder of ANRK, with a post-qualification experience of 11+ years. He is a Registered Valuer with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for “Securities and Financial Assets”. His core expertise lies in valuations, business structuring and Management Information System (MIS) implementations.

He works with MNCs based out of Europe, USA and Asia in effectively developing and monitoring their compliance structure in India and assisting them in financial planning and analysis. He also assists Indian promoter-driven business groups and start-ups in entity structuring and valuations and in managing their outsourced finance functions. He currently leads ANRK’s outsourcing and advisory vertical.

Vaibhav Nagarkar

Vaibhav is a Customs empaneled Chartered Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the domain of international trade and business. He is a CBDT approved valuer, an Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor and is empaneled with more than 7 leading banks. He is an author of 4 best-selling books on export-import subjects and is a visiting faculty in more than 5 leading MBA schools and chamber of commerce for the past 14 years.

He is a Registered Valuer with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) for “Plant and Machinery”. With a rich experience of advising multi-nationals across industries and being a techno-commercial export advisor, he currently heads ANRK’s International Trade vertical.

Amal Dhru

Mr. Amal Dhru is a Chartered Accountant with over more than 45 years of experience and also has completed his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has been a visiting faculty for Financial Management at the IIM-A and many other institutions since 1978. He was nominated as Public Representative of SEBI for issue allotment and was an Independent Director of State Bank of Saurashtra besides holding many prestigious positions in professional capacity.

He is also the founder partner of Amal Datt & Associates LLP and heads the Ahmedabad location of ANRK.

Shikha Somani

Shikha qualified at a very young age of 22 and has been a part of ANRK since then in various capacities. She has 7+ years of post-qualification experience and is the youngest partner of ANRK. Her expertise lies in the field of Direct Taxation including compliances, litigations, interpretational advisory and tax planning.

She advises entities on key strategic issues in tax matters using her expert interpretational skills, striving to achieve an effective and compliant tax structure. She currently plays a key role in the Direct Tax vertical in ANRK.
